Ordering from Zerowait
We appreciate your business and want the purchase process to be as smooth as possible. Please read our guidelines below and if you have any questions or concerns that are not covered or that you do not understand, contact us immediately.

Placing Online Orders
To place an order, you must first create an account (register) and obtain an approved login and password. Pricing discounts and coupons only take effect within the shopping cart and during checkout, so the prices you see as you view individual items may or may not be your final price. Once you have selected your items and wish to check out, choose Checkout and follow the instructions on the screen. We accept phone or faxed orders.

Order Confirmation
The checkout process sends both you and us a copy of the order, but your order is not complete until it is confirmed by Zerowait staff. We require follow-up in the form of a phone call (we call you or you call us) or a fax. For the fax option, you can either use the output from your shopping cart on the store or generate a company purchase order if that works best for you.

Payment Methods
Zerowait accepts the following electronic payment methods for orders: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal and ACH/wire payments. However, we do not accept these automatically through the online store interface. If you want to use one of the above electronic methods of payment, please call 888.811.0808 to speak with a sales representative.

Zerowait reserves the right to accept or deny any online order, purchase order or credit card purchase on a case by case basis and to request that a credit application be completed as proof of ability to pay. Once you have an approved credit application on file with us, you do not need to complete another one.

Delivery and Shipping
Generally, orders will be processed and shipped within 48-72 hours of receipt of payment or arrangement of acceptable terms. Often they will ship faster. Expedited order processing may be available, at Zerowait’s discretion, depending on the content of the order. If a customer wishes for an order to ship the same day, we will require all conditions for shipping (prepayment, etc.) to be met by 2:30 PM Eastern US time. Additionally, an expedite charge of $25.00 will be applied to the order.

Shipping prices provided on this site are estimates only. Actual shipping charges will apply and will be added to the final invoice. Overseas orders are subject to a packing charge of $100.00 for all equipment over 20 pounds in weight.

Warranties and Returns
All new equipment sold by Zerowait comes with the standard Manufacturer warranties and support programs. Zerowait certified pre-owned, used, or off-lease equipment is sold with our standard 30 day Depot Warranty. Within 30 days of purchase, if the equipment is defective, you may return it for replacement or refund. Zerowait Parts Assurance (ZPA) policies are available to extend the warranty to a full year and are available in annual or monthly payment plans.
